The OTT streaming service owned by Reliance Industries under Mukesh Ambani, JioCinema, has successfully merged with Walt Disney’s Hotstar platform, resulting in the creation of a new entity, JioStar. Following the merger, the joint venture between Jio and Disney has introduced subscription plans for its diverse entertainment offerings on the newly launched website, Jiostar.com.
The subscription plans available on Jiostar.com are categorized into Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) options, with prices starting as low as Rs 15 per month. The platform offers a range of packs tailored for kids and content in various languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Odia, Bengali, Telugu, and Kannada, in both SD and HD formats.
