DAZN Launches Exclusive PGA Tour Pass and FAST Channel for Golf Enthusiasts in MENA and Southeast Asia
DAZN is rolling out a new PGA Tour Pass for its viewers in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia, offering a unique viewing experience for golf enthusiasts.
This exclusive PGA Tour Pass by DAZN will provide four distinct live streams that include, the Main Feed, Marquee Group, Featured Groups, and Featured Holes, catering to diverse golf fan preferences.
Golf fans in the MENA region and Southeast Asia can now subscribe to this tailored PGA Tour content as an independent service.
In addition, DAZN is expanding its sports content by introducing a PGA Tour FAST Channel as part of its agreement with the PGA Tour. This complimentary channel will be accessible globally, except for the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Australia, and China.
The PGA Tour FAST Channel is part of DAZN’s broader strategy, where they recently introduced the NFL Game Pass by partnering with YouTube.
Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, stated, “DAZN strives to give fans what they want as well as delivering reach and value for rights holders – our technology and scale allows us to do this. This deal with the PGA TOUR gives golf fans across MENA and SE Asia more accessibility and flexibility with new and exclusive ways to follow all the action on the PGA Tour Pass. And the PGA Tour Fast Channel, which will be a core element of DAZN’s freemium offer, will create even greater opportunities for more DAZN users to enjoy the PGA Tour.”
Segev elaborated on DAZN’s mission, saying, “DAZN is committed to building a platform that delivers on the growth potential that the digitisation of sports media consumption is generating. Fans want dedicated channels where they can access content in new and different ways, when and how they want. There are different levels of fandom that DAZN can cater for with our freemium and social offerings. DAZN is delivering this, and all in one place.”
