Service automates thumbnail creation, saving time and improving customer engagement
France – 30 August 2022 – Synchronized, the industry-leading ‘In-Video Intelligence’ service provider, announced today that TVI, the Portuguese commercial broadcaster and OTT service provider owned by Media Capital, will implement the industry-proven Smart-Thumbnails service as a pre-launch.
Smart-Thumbnails automates the full process of video thumbnail creation, allowing broadcasters and OTT / IPTV service providers to save hundreds of hours of manual labor, with significant gains in quality which in turn improve customer engagement.
