SkyShowtime and Paramount Announce Exclusive Advertising Sales Partnership

SkyShowtime and Paramount Advertising International have entered into an exclusive agreement. Paramount will manage SkyShowtime’s advertising sales across all of its markets. Their advertising sales division has teamed up to offer advertisers access to a wide range of advertising opportunities across more than 20 European markets.

SkyShowtime is set to launch its ad-supported tier across all markets on April 23. The premium “Standard with Ads” plan will feature an average of four to five minutes of advertising per hour. With the introduction of the “Standard with Ads” plan, SkyShowtime is expanding its subscription offerings alongside its existing ad-free subscription option. This dual-subscription approach aims to provide SkyShowtime consumers with increased flexibility and choice.

Furthermore, the ad-supported “Standard with Ads” plan will be priced differently across various regions, reflecting market-specific considerations. In countries like Spain, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovakia, the monthly subscription for this plan is set at €5.99. Meanwhile, subscribers in Finland and the Netherlands can access the ad-supported version for €6.99 per month. In Bulgaria and Romania, the ad tier is available at a more affordable rate of €3.99 per month.
