March 16, 2023 — As ModernTV IPTV/OTT platform is constantly evolving and improving, the company is proud to announce to the public its latest feature – marketing messages! Thanks to all the new possibilities, customers using the ModernTV solution will now be able to easily send informational messages to their users. Marketing messages are available now with more planned features on the way.
The messages are effortlessly managed through the backend part of the ModernTV solution. Various ways of creating and enriching the message are at disposal – including text, images, links, and more. The system also enables detailed settings of who should receive the messages – e.g. only users on certain devices or with specific subscription plans.
ModernTV platform currently supports sending marketing messages to users across the majority of the supported devices including web, Android TV, Android Mobile devices, LG, and Samsung smartTVs. Support for AppleTV and iOS devices is in development together with a new fresh look of AppleTV and Apple iOS apps.
