Shaka Player is a very popular free, open-source HTML5 video player that supports ABR streaming protocols such as HLS and DASH without using plugins or Flash. In terms of features as described in their documentation, Radiant Media Player supports HLS, DASH, and progressive downloads. They also support DRM (Widevine, Fairplay, PlayReady), ClosedCaptions, Subtitles, and Advertising via SSAI and CSAI.
