Qvest has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arabsat to develop a new OTT streaming platform, marking a significant step towards expanding Arabsat’s direct-to-consumer services. The agreement was finalized at FOMEX 2025 in Riyadh and will enable Arabsat to offer white-label solutions tailored for broadcasters and content providers.
